Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all refunds.

Refund Processing

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or personalized jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
